Implant Placement

Dental implants can be a wonderful option to replace a single missing tooth, multiple missing teeth, or even a full arch of missing teeth. These long-term prosthetics provide stable, long-term, and surprisingly natural looking replacement teeth. Regaining chewing power, smile power, and self-confidence are among a few of the many benefits.

What is an Implant?

A dental implant is a small root replacement in the form of a threaded post that is typically comprised of a specialized titanium alloy. This material is highly specialized and is designed to allow your bone to integrate directly into the implant surface for optimal stability of your new tooth or teeth. Dr. Tatum utilizes the Straumann implant system, which is known for its global reputation for high-quality materials, engineering, and clinical success in our trusting patients.
